Sometimes it won’t even recognise my watch when it’s actually connected. An update would be really appreciated Citizen. -- chelsea1-9, 2021-01-16 ### *---- "Citizen Dropped the Ball" I paid a hefty sum for the watch this app connects to, but Citizen chose to screw over their customers by not supporting the app. At least it worked for a little while. Now I have an expensive and pretty but useless timepiece. Never again. -- StephenML, 2019-05-20 ### *---- "Doesn't work" Love the watch but hate the app. Will not update firmware. Citizen should be embarrassed. -- 1ascampzsazsa, 2016-12-21 ### *---- "Frustrating" Can this app be used for iPhone 6s+? Unable to pair watch with phone -- Sincal1, 2016-11-30 ### *---- "Can not connect to watch" Watch does not show on Bluetooth settings screen and 1.0 app crashes. This one just will not connect. -- B1GCHEE5E, 2016-06-05 ### ****- "Reinstall solved 9.2 issues" A reinstall of the app seems to have solved the issues related to the upgrade. -- Smockonallama, 2015-12-12 ### *---- "Horrible" This app is horrible and the watch does not connect. -- Shoalin999, 2015-10-26 ### ***-- "Need improvement" This app has room for improvement. Even though the basic functions works as expected (except frequent disconnection prompt) Citizen can include more new features like notification for Whatsapp and can include an Alarm function (alarm time can be set in watch and watch can be triggered to vibrate). Also app can be programmed to show timer from watch in Chrono mode. UI of this app can be improved a lot as well, since buyers who pay $495 for this watch deserve a better app. Overall a very average app which needs a lot of improvement. -- Ajunad, 2015-04-03 ### *---- "Disappointed" Connection drops more so than not. Even within a foot of the phone. Updated firmware with watch....still no improvement. Please update this application. Citizen you should be ashamed. -- Vufindr, 2014-12-29 ### *---- "Still doesn't work" My firmware will not update!!!!!!!! -- Drew?:), 2014-10-22 [View all Citizen Eco reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Citizen Eco Discovered Keywords -
