I just want to praise the Lakeville bank. I was having an issue trying to complete a business opportunity. Barb my teller was superior went over above helping me get my task done. A big thank you also to the manager of the store he was so helpful with different options and how I can make my life easier and better. A big kudos to you all 🎉🎉. What a wonderful staff! Nice online banking improvements Always there

I’m 35, been using online banking since I was 18. Since citizens updated its app and website transactions are harder to see and mobile deposit doesn’t work as well as it used to. There is no solution to link my account to quicken to do my taxes easily. Customer service keeps thinking I’m the problem with mobile deposits. I do like the messaging system for getting in touch with someone. That has saved time. Would appreciate honest effort to fix customer issues not effort to make it look like you’re doing something
