## Citizens First Bank Mobile App Reviews in United States

### *---- "."
Cannot get the icon to load on home screen.
Need to go to App Store.
-- youreallydontwanttohear this, 2024-02-25

### *---- "Doesn’t load since last update"
App no longer works
-- jason212256, 2023-04-18

### *---- "Worst App on my phone"
This app hardly ever works the way it’s supposed to. Literally every time that I try to sign in, it doesn’t allow me to use my Face ID, and I end up having the get an email sent to with a password reset link, reset my password (iCloud doesn’t save for this app), have a text sent to my phone for verification, and then return to the app, login with new username and password, have another text sent to verify my device. It’s so frustrating. I just want to check my bank statement. It’s easier to just call the teller for things that I need, rather than to have to deal with this trash app. You’re a bank!! Find some money to pay some developers to make a decent app. I’m 30 years old and very tech savvy, the issue is your app, not me.
-- KiblerGuy, 2020-11-13

### **--- "It’s on the Fritz"
The app keeps freezing up on me and it’s the 4th time I had to delete and re-download the app and it still isn’t working. The easy banking just became difficult to online bank. Please fix the issues and thank you.
-- N3kolas, 2020-10-19

### *---- "Last update won’t load app now"
Won’t load app now tried re installing still don’t work
-- lmnopqrst999, 2020-10-16

### *---- "No longer works with IOS 14 update"
Just spins and spins and never loads since the new iPhone update. This app has more problems than any other app I have on my phone. It’s frustrating.
-- Bhesse15, 2020-10-12

### ***-- "Doesn’t load since your last update."
Is this app still tested as working on iPhone 6S, iOS 13.6.1?

The welcome splash screen just appears with the loading wheel spinning. Never leaves that screen.
-- rwilld, 2020-09-27

### *---- "Loading"
App is not loading, the loading circle, spun for about five minutes. I just closed the app out. I could not even get to the sign in page. Something is wrong. Please fix.
-- Json Eads, 2020-06-30

### *---- "App won’t open"
When I click on the app it just loads and doesn’t bring me to any of my account info or even to a page there I can sign in at. I’ve contacted the bank multiple times but I can not get this problem fixed.
-- MmM0424, 2020-06-03

### *---- "Should’ve left it the way it was"
New update is horrible. Has too much going on of the wrong things. Cannot find my DDL loan account what so ever. I’d much rather be able to see that than a graph of my account balance fluctuations. Some more thought should be put into the functions and display of this app and should be updated. Never have I been more frustrated. The last thing I want to do is wait for customer service to be open so I can figure out what amount of money I have in my accounts. The old app was far more convenient and user friendly.
