## Citizens Pay Reviews in United States

### ***** "Simple and Easy"
very flexible and easy to use.
-- Xpuntocom, 2025-01-07

### ***** "Auto or Pay Early"
Able to pay with auto pay or pay early if you like.
-- Rae-Rayl, 2025-01-07

### *---- "Can’t get an account"
I downloaded the app and tried to sign up for an account. I get an error message stating my information doesn’t match but I don’t have an account. I called the number listed she tells me I don’t have an account and she was dismissive.
-- gbenttt, 2025-01-03

### *---- "Faulty app"
Doesn’t let me sign up. I’ve tried calling support about it but it rings then goes to silent. When I try to enter my phone number for seeing if I have an existing account it sends a code to a number with the last digits of “11” which isn’t my number. So idk what that’s about but I cannot use this service or app.
-- Kate_2000K, 2024-11-19

### *---- "Worst application process"
I been trying to checkout at best buy for 2 days now after I got approved for a line of credit and still can’t. Don’t expect to get your product the same day you get approved.
-- Realtor510, 2024-11-14

### *---- "App freezes on me"
I am trying to pay my citizens pay bill on time monthly however the app continuously freezes on me. Please make more user friendly no one has time for apps that don’t work.
-- Britt D. T., 2024-11-04

### *---- "Big error when setting up the account"
When this account was set up they put my house number as the authentication number and I could not get the code for double verification. Cost me 2 calls to customer service where they hung up on me.

The website doesn’t work in safari as well that took be a couple of call to customer service to figure that out.

Better communication when the account was set up could have prevented this to happen.

### *---- "This app doesn’t even work"
I can’t even get the app to open
-- 911Vixen, 2024-09-27

-- Steph RRR, 2024-09-03

### ***** "Review"
Good job
