Если у вас есть хоть йота уважения к себе, не тратье свое время.

Обслуживание ужасное,
Приходишь тратить деньги, а на тебя смотрят словно ты не званый гость пришедший к ним домой навалить теплую и свежую кучу.

Никакого уважения к клиентам и никакой заинтересованности в решении ваших вопросов.

Помойка во всех смыслах этого слова.

Напишу тут потому что на сайте трут отзывы. Магазин цитрус не несёт ответствености за не исправный товар. Купил мышку райзер, через пол года на ролике появился дабл клик. Отдал по гарантии, через 14 дней вернули и сказали что всё окей. При этом мышку не разбирали да же. Когда начал с ними разбираться, сказали что можем ещё раз взять на гарантию но скорее всего ответ будет такой же. 10/10 кривых рук в СЦ у Цитруса.

Дождался 27 сентября (день старта продаж в Украине) - перезвонил уточнить когда будет отправлен - сказали на новую почту не отправят и что нужно делать самовывоз, а самовывоз и соседней области! Зря ждал все это время, время в пустую потрачено и крайне не рекомендую с ними связываться!

Телефон  iPhone 11 Pro, днем зашел думал показалось что телефон стал люто греться, вышел,  лазил в разных программах, инстаграм, телеграмм, ютуб, Гугл, все норм, только зашел в цитрус и телефон через несколько минут как печка.
Вышел и удалил.
