## City Brew Coffee Reviews in United States

### ***** "Coffee is great"
The coffee is great. Customer service could use some help. One of the baristas is super friendly but the other gal is rude. No smile, no thank you just attitude.
-- KaiaBear2017, 2025-05-02

### ***-- "Pretty Pleassse! Menu viewing"
programming is a skill that the majority of people in this world can't do, but please allow me to view the menu after store hours 🥺
-- PriRiia, 2025-04-21

### *---- "Shiloh Crossing store"
Great team at the store (what’s left of it) - horrible management at the corporate office.
-- U2BAFAN, 2024-12-11

### *---- "Unusably buggy"
I like the idea of this app, but there are so many bugs that I pretty much have to give up before I can order
-- natenorberg, 2024-09-02

### ***** "Love City Brew!"
I love City Brew. Way better than Blehbucks! 💜☕️
-- Foxy Coffee Lady 🦊☕️, 2024-04-26

### ***** "This store is a 10"
Ashley and Tori were super sweet and helpful!! They went the extra mile!!!
-- Cruzinup, 2024-04-01

### ****- "Hard to use"
Goes in circles, click reorder and it made me order all over again. Click us discount and I still have to add the code at end of order
-- rwandrw, 2024-03-07

### **--- "Bring back the old app!!"
I hate the fact that paying with a gift card is now on a separate screen than the rewards!! I also noticed you don’t get double points for paying with a gift card anymore! Also, you can’t stack gift cards anymore, so now I have multiple gift cards in the app instead of one large one.
-- Na’Shea, 2024-01-21

### ****- "Silly names"
You won’t let me change my name to something silly. That is not fun- therefore I am displeased. Bring it back.
-- Bro.In.Christ5351, 2023-12-30

### *---- "Could be a lot better"
First of all I don’t like how I can’t have more than 1 gift card on the account at a time, the app advertises discounts but never gives you an option to add them. My final complaint is that the app won’t keep my debit card on file, it’s pretty frustrating when I’m already in a hurry and trying to order my coffee and I have to stop and put my card information in. Poor app design.
