This app does not work when trying to reset password for my account. Please fix the bugs.

Absolutely appalling! Booked the taxi the night before to go to the train station I received a txt at the time I was due to be picked up that they were delayed but that I was a priority The taxi never came ! I missed my train and my Eurostar connection!!

Overcharge

They overcharge massively. They will find any opportunity to find a reason to charge you. Like it’s our responsibility to pay for their lack of money during Covid and it’s aftermath. The man who answers the phone is really annoying as well.

Terrible

Got a taxi a couple of miles and I was quoted a price I was happy with, the drive charged me more which I paid.. receipts came and it was the amount of been quoted.. I phoned up to be told the driver was right and the app isn’t working.. the way I was spoken to was appalling what happened to the customer is right they could care less… rubbish company
