## City Cars Midlands Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "CONSTANT push notifications!"
I don’t need to be reminded that the app exists multiple times a day. To make matters worse I have another app for another cab company that must use the same supplier, and they send push notifications too!
-- Pezholio, 2025-07-25

### ***** "Friendly service"
Dave was very friendly and professional- a smooth comfy ride and very nice company
-- Nitwit 2, 2025-07-09

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
This app does not work when trying to reset password for my account. Please fix the bugs.
-- teafortwo87, 2024-04-14

### ***** "On time"
Nice friendly chap
-- Jo.sjejshx, 2024-03-13

### *---- "Ordered taxi"
Absolutely appalling!
Booked the taxi the night before to go to the train station
I received a txt at the time I was due to be picked up that they were delayed but that I was a priority
The taxi never came !
I missed my train and my Eurostar connection!!
-- kp8loujez, 2023-03-06

### *---- "Overcharge"
They overcharge massively. They will find any opportunity to find a reason to charge you. Like it’s our responsibility to pay for their lack of money during Covid and it’s aftermath. The man who answers the phone is really annoying as well.
-- WAL0910, 2021-08-25

### *---- "Terrible"
Got a taxi a couple of miles and I was quoted a price I was happy with, the drive charged me more which I paid.. receipts came and it was the amount of been quoted.. I phoned up to be told the driver was right and the app isn’t working.. the way I was spoken to was appalling what happened to the customer is right they could care less… rubbish company
-- Rob22eb, 2021-08-10

### ***** "Great new app"
App works really well quite good in a noisy environment
-- howdprice, 2021-08-09

### *---- "25 messages"
Why would you need to spam my phone with 25+ messages for one trip?
-- popular guy 123, 2021-07-31

### ***** "Superb"
Easy to use app, great text company
