Can’t use this app to purchase ticket. It keeps saying connection error when I don’t have internet problem at all. My line was 5G and everything went smooth except the apps. The pricing also not helping as it is not the same as purchasing thru the counter. What a joke of using this app.

I have made a purchase but it did not show up in the purchase history. When I reached the counter, I manage to get my tickets. As I entered the movie hall and sat down, another person came to me and claimed that the seat that I'm sitting is theirs. I went to the counter and argued about the double tickets printed. They told me that the system is facing difficulties and misprinted the tickets, so they told me to leave the hall and I was refunded. Screw you CITY CINEPLEX
