## City & County Mobile Reviews in United States

### **--- "Good but update dropped functionality"
This was a good app, but the last update for the iPad lost the ability to view the app in landscape, which is how most people do it when they’re using their keypad. Called customer care and they said they were working on it, but that was over a year ago still waiting on it very disappointed as I find it difficult to use in portrait mode on my iPad.

### **--- "Randomly Goes Down For Hours"
This app is so awfully buggy. It will go down and not let me in for hours. I’m currently trapped at a gas station because I need gas, and i keep all my money in my savings so I can’t login just take it out when I need it, and now I can’t login. I am afraid it won’t be fixed until tomorrow, because they have just the worst hours, they AND their help lines close at 5pm. I think thats absurd, something needs to be open that has a human on the other end 24 hours when it comes to things like managing peoples money. So disappointing, this needs to be fixed. Unacceptable.

### **--- "Constant Crashing"
App consistently crashes nearly each time I make transfers. Next time I log in it reads “unknown error has occurred”.

App is slow and takes 10+ seconds to log in when using FaceID.

### *---- "Some good, a lot of bad"
Design is very poor for it being 2024. Allows basic things like seeing balances, check deposit, and making transfers. However, the log in is confusing/poorly designed, and there are a number of important functions that are either difficult or impossible to access like viewing secure messages.
-- Toffee1919, 2024-05-01

### *---- "FIX THE APP NOT THAT HARD"
Please fix this app before I could see quick access and use card control and now it don’t work since I logged out once!!!!
-- Logan_graff, 2024-02-05

### **--- "Frustrated"
Can’t even sign in my account. I’ve tried to sign in and every time I do it kicks me out. I’ve called the bank a few times and they took information. They informed me IT will reach out. It’s been at least 6months and the issue has not been resolved. I’ve tried to delete the app and reinstall but no luck. I can view my account on a computer but not on my phone. I give up!
-- Summerav, 2023-07-28

### **--- "only portrait mode on iPad"
This app only has portrait mode. That makes it horrible to use on the iPad. I submitted a comment and was told to delete and reinstall for landscape mode, it had been updated. Nope. Only portrait mode.
-- Mcl2mn, 2023-05-03

### **--- "What a piece of ****"
Mobile deposit never works. The camera never lines up with the check and the app is always crashing.
-- Dwlast, 2023-03-27

### ***-- "Ok?"
Can you please fix the mobile deposit?
-- DoubleBri, 2023-03-03

### ***-- "Needs improvements"
The app works fine for basic functions. Quick access still does not work properly to integrate with Face ID or using a pin to log in. There’s an error every time I try to set it up which leaves me typing in my whole password every time I open it. Also, I’ve yet to get CCCU to work with any money management program (intuit, rocket money, etc.) That’s prob not a fault of the app but something I’d like to see improved.
