But there’s a bug. When I add a special instruction to an item in my shopping cart and click save, then open the next item, I see the special instruction I just wrote for the previous item. And if I go back to the previous item, the text I wrote is gone. -- Jeffrey Freckleface, 2025-08-27 ### *---- "Won’t Let Me Enter CC Info" The new update deleted my credit card info and keeps saying error when I try to re-enter. Trying to give them $200 for a pick up order I guess they don’t want it my money 🤷🏼‍♀️ -- SS1923, 2025-08-22 ### *---- "Horrible" Worst app ever but only in the past 2 years. Can’t log in using the stored passwords. Have to manually type it in over and over and over and over and over and over. Royal PIA. In addition to that their tech people ruined everything where I no longer get notifications when my medication was ready. Pharmacist said it became an issue for everyone. They must be using middle schoolers for IT. -- DragonflySlayer75, 2025-08-02 ### *---- "Discrimination" Digital coupons are inconvenient, time consuming, and allow the Kroger corporation to break laws against customer discrimination. Dump them. -- Ex-Kroger, 2025-07-30 ### *---- "Search feature doesn’t work" I can search for a product that I just bought in store 5 minutes ago and it doesn’t exist on the app. So frustrating. Fix the app so I can see the products this store has. -- Rads ads, 2025-06-27 ### *---- "Frustrated and hungry" Worst app ever. Soooo frustrating. Website also. Love Kroger. Supposedly same company. Not same online experience!!! -- Anywilldosoannoying, 2025-06-17 ### *---- "Terrible" Half the time my cart doesn’t update and I have to re- install app. I hate this app but I hate going into the stores w ‘em more. High prices, usually only one checkers - so even if you have large order you have to self check, stupid anoint ads play while you shop and knowing company doesn’t pay their workers well . It’s all a very unpleasant experience. -- No sound dg hey bxd, 2025-06-16 ### *---- "Updated and ruined" Recent update ruined the functionality of the app. Our store offers pickup, but the app won’t do it. So, I have to make a list and shop from that. But they ruined that too. I used to be able to go straight to the Shopping List from anywhere I. The app, now I have to go searching for it. Update: Completely unusable at this point. -- CDEstey001, 2025-05-15 ### **--- "Does not interconnect" Requires customers to download separate apps for each Kroger establishment. Not functional if leaving your home range at all. -- Sue22012, 2025-05-12 ### *---- "Pharmacy" Worst pharmacy app I have ever come across. They have a recording when you have to call for a refill. The problem is that that system for the last two years doesn’t work. You get all the way to submit and it says “we are experiencing a technical problem. Please try again later”. Again this has been going on for TWO YEARS! Are the people at Kroger/City Market/King Soupers that poor at their jobs or do they just not care. They can’t even help or have any idea what’s going on. -- Bobldenny2, 2025-05-04 [View all City Market Food & Pharmacy reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## City Market Food & Pharmacy Discovered Keywords - food list - pharmacy - markit picker - coco delivery app - food city pharmacy mobile app - coco food delivery - city market - city market food ## Apps Similar to City Market Food & Pharmacy - [REI Co-op – Shop Outdoor Gear](https://apptail.io/app/rei-co-op-shop-outdoor-gear-DU/united-states) - [Sprouts Farmers Market](https://apptail.io/app/sprouts-farmers-market-nob/united-states) - [Backcountry - Outdoor Gear](https://apptail.io/app/backcountry-outdoor-gear-qxb/united-states) - [Safeway Deals & Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/safeway-deals-delivery-imc/united-states) - [Albertsons: Grocery & Deals](https://apptail.io/app/albertsons-grocery-deals-wzc/united-states) - [ExpertVoice](https://apptail.io/app/expertvoice-Eog/united-states) - [Lowe's Market](https://apptail.io/app/lowes-market-yIP/united-states) - [Central Market by H-E-B](https://apptail.io/app/central-market-by-h-e-b-EJP/united-states) - [AFW Visualizer](https://apptail.io/app/afw-visualizer-Vbpb/united-states) - [LaGree’s Food Stores](https://apptail.io/app/lagrees-food-stores-WTWi/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
