## City of Boston Credit Union Reviews in United States

### ***** "Very convenient"
I am pleased with the services offer, efficient and convenient!
-- Children of God., 2026-01-09

### ***** "Best Bank in Boston"
Definitely the best in Boston
-- Chris.Reis, 2025-10-12

### ***-- "Some bugs"
The app sometimes crashes. Plus, I used to be able to update my address on the app, and now I cannot.
-- PaulV617, 2025-09-06

### **--- "Fails to open 60% of the time"
So frustrating. No other app, including banking apps, give nor more trouble than this app. Just doesn’t load doesn’t show any information. Doesn’t matter how many times I open/close, WiFi/ no WiFi, apps in the background. So frustrating legitimately makes me want to close my account.
-- smevans95, 2025-04-14

### ***** "Satisfied customer"
I have been a member of CBCU for about 15 years. My plan is to be a lifelong member. I’m that pleased with the service.
-- SJME76, 2025-03-31

### **--- "Very slow"
I appreciate the ability to view and pay bills through an app, however the app is slow to open, slow to switch between accounts and the pay my bills page, and continually asks for security questions to be answered upon opening. I use the same device every time but it seems that it’s not remembered.
-- tburg16, 2025-02-20

### ****- "Needs larger text ability"
Great service but would like to expand the screen to see larger text.
-- Inve$tora, 2025-02-10

### ***** "CBCU Online Portal"
very easy to use. the only way i do my banking
-- PMW1962, 2024-05-29

### *---- "???"
This app is dated and clumsy.
-- notsgolc, 2024-05-11

### ***-- "Technology"
Good morning,
With technology moving forward it’s hard to see the bank not moving in the direction of improvement. Bank transactions should be less complicated. If you need a new card you should not have to wait 10 business days.

Thank you for the opportunity
