## City of Novi Reviews in United States

### *---- "Literally doesn’t even load"
Just shows a blank screen.
-- vc1111111111111, 2026-08-05

### ***** "Long Time Novi Resident"
Puts Novi information at your fingertips rather than having to navigate the website. I love Novi and all the information it shares. Having this on my phone gives me quick access to park registration
-- Novi 1998, 2019-06-01

### *---- "Not an app so much as links to poor mobile site"
An app that appears to be designed by someone from the first year of the App Store. It’s just using URLschemes to open links on in mobile browser—and the site is NOT designed for mobile. Better off spending the time and money to update site to be compatible with mobile than worrying about an app of web links.
