City of Ottawa please fix your app - it is impossible to submit reports. The interface is broken when trying to use the map function, or to sign in, the max photo size is small compared to average photo sizes today, and this is a really a critical tool of reporting issues to the city!! Please fix this app that used to function better.
Useless now
This app was very useful for reporting parking issues, but since the beginning of the pandemic, it just sits while submitting, before erroring out with a useless error message (“An error has occurred” - as a developer, this type of error message makes me furious!). As a result, the city call centre is stuck handling the calls, adding to wait times.
Unnecessary notifications
I installed this app to get winter parking ban notifications and turned all other notifications off, but I still get them anyway. It’s annoying so I’ll stick with email notices.
Terrible app
Such a promising app that hasn’t been updated by the city in over a year, you guys can do better then this. It’s 2020 we should have a working app for the city at this point.
Bugs
Still many bugs with this app. Often am unable to report bi-law issues using the app.
Keeps crashing
I’ve tried a few time to submit a ticket and the app crashes every time
So useful
Reporting things to the city has never been easier. Well done!
Amazing
I reported a pothole at 10:04pm and it was received literally 5 min later. You can choose to also report it to your councillor.
