## City of Surprise My Surprise Reviews in United States

### *---- "Disappointing"
Always gets stuck on step 3 when trying to submit a request. It’s not like this is a new app so these things should be fixed by now. More like my surprise their app doesn’t work.
-- Eeyore365, 2026-07-19

### *---- "Works when it wants just like the city"
More than half the time the app never works or lets use any of the features that are in the app like taking photos or paying bills
-- D. Madge, 2026-04-21

### *---- "It’s not even an app"
Just takes you to a website when you pay utilities. Pointless antiquated app
-- Bolincartest, 2026-04-20

### *---- "Sucks"
Will not advance past hazard request.
-- Rebel_Man, 2026-04-03

### *---- "App freezes when trying to submit a request."
I can not add additional information after choosing the report type.
-- Kdc1265, 2025-11-29

### **--- "Service Request"
Won’t let me enter a service request for hazardous waste. Freezes at step 3
-- Garbage 3, 2025-05-15

### ***** "5 Star App for getting Service from City of Surprise"
We’ve had big potholes in the road leading to our neighborhood. I submitted a request to have them filled. My Submission was received on a Saturday and the potholes were filled the following Tuesday. Couldn’t be more impressed.
