I’m going to echo what others have said. I can’t get past the first screen as the app crashes. It’s deplorable that the company hasn’t addressed this after such a long time with the same complaints! I’d be embarrassed if I were the developer in charge of this app. It should be pulled!!
Crashes every time. Crashes in Malaga, Cadiz y Sevilla.
Cannot use the app for Palma de Mallorca
I am in Santander and the app crashes every time I select the city from the cities menu. A user reported a similar problem with Seville nine months ago (December 22, now August 23). Shame on the company and the developer for failing to address the issue! I’d rate the app zero stars but Apple won’t let me go below the undeserved one star of this review.
It failed to work in Palma de Mallorca. It downloaded and when it opened, and showed it was downloading the various aspects of the app, it instantly closes and kicks you back out to the dashboard. Completely worthless waste of time and data (download).
Same as everyone else, the app downloads the location data then crashes. Booooo!
App downloads, but crashes for each city listed on the site. Basically, the site does not function as advertised!
Works well in Seville, Spain. I was able to use the bus Wi-Fi with the app and cellular to Tracy where the busses and stops were.
The app is useless. Tried to use it in Las Palmas. Every time it asks for you to choose your city it crashes. Now I’m left with no way to know when the next bus is coming & they only come once every half an hour. Lots of wasted time!
I’m not sure why but for this app to download all required info for the city you’re in, you need to be connected to a Wi-Fi router, otherwise if using your cellphone service, it will crush once reaching the fourth step. I tried multiple times while on the bus with no success. Once I connected to a Wi-Fi at one of the bars close to a stop, it downloaded everything it needed in a second!
