It routinely misses at least one day a week. If this was fixed, this would be a great app. -- STLaser, 2026-02-13 ### *---- "App does mot even ope" I cant even open the app -- Michio Kashiwazaki, 2025-08-15 ### *---- "Poor app" Missing the ability to add membership card to wallet for easy check in -- Forwritingreviews221, 2025-07-10 ### *---- "Reviews" The hot tub has been down for weeks ladies locker room, that lady that doesn’t speak English closed both entrances to clean She should have one area open so we can get our belongings she can’t communicate no English His to go to another gym to shower That’s ridiculous! Please change it ! Put out of order sign on hottub 1 star -- viewthe, 2025-07-03 ### *---- "Basic App" You would think for a gym that is getting $50 a month at least per customer, their app would be better UX/UI. It’s nothing fancy and it gets the job done to book classes…except it doesn’t now? For some reason I no longer have a BOOK option on any of the classes? I thought maybe tomorrow’s classes were full but it’s like that for the whole week which neverrrrr happens so now what? Why can’t I see how many ppl have booked the class, how far am I on the waitlist? And right now, why can’t I bookkkk??????? -- Talia Basma, 2025-04-08 ### ***-- "Apply pay scanner!" This app should have the feature where you can double tap the lock button and it’ll bring up the scanner! -- Andrew$03, 2025-02-19 ### *---- "Pilates reform" My app to sign up for Pilates reform was working perfectly. Then it was changed and I can’t sign up for classes-which I have to pay extra for. Can you please put it back to the original app so I can sign up without having to ask the front counter at the gym to sign me up? Very annoying. If it continues it makes no sense to pay extra for this headache -- ??LS99, 2025-02-09 ### ***** "Re" When I signed up to city sports club I liked the facility and the raffle and the staff at the city sports club -- giantbert, 2024-08-09 ### *---- "Check-In History" I’m getting conflicting stories. When I noticed that my check in history wasn’t accurate I called in one day to ask why. The guy said it’s because when you scan in the gym, there’s something the front desk folks needs to click on once you do…so that’s what I believed. Today we go and there’s people at the front desk when we scanned in. Doesn’t look like they clicked on anything. So what is it really?? Should the scans auto populate to the app? Or is this something staff needs to on their end?? When I called again today to ask, they said it has nothing to do with them and it’s the app….im starting to think it’s the first reason and some of these front desk people aren’t doing their jobs. One today was just sitting there and watching an anime movie…..🙄 -- Sheenacr64, 2024-07-04 ### *---- "One star" I can piss stronger than the shower at the city sports they provide At this place not a comfortable place for taking a shower plus it’s nasty place -- Mr Mr Joe John Doe, 2024-06-14 [View all City Sports reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## City Sports Discovered Keywords - sports club - city sports - city sport - city club ## Apps Similar to City Sports - [Sutter Health My Health Online](https://apptail.io/app/sutter-health-my-health-online-tcj/united-states) - [Stanford Health Care MyHealth](https://apptail.io/app/stanford-health-care-myhealth-uQG/united-states) - [My KP Meds](https://apptail.io/app/my-kp-meds-wQI/united-states) - [My Doctor Online (NCAL Only)](https://apptail.io/app/my-doctor-online-ncal-only-xQI/united-states) - [Carby Health](https://apptail.io/app/carby-health-QVO/united-states) - [24GO by 24 Hour Fitness](https://apptail.io/app/24go-by-24-hour-fitness-veR/united-states) - [Kaiser Permanente](https://apptail.io/app/kaiser-permanente-JKbb/united-states) - [In-Shape Fitness](https://apptail.io/app/in-shape-fitness-whub/united-states) - [Fit19](https://apptail.io/app/fit19-asPb/united-states) - [FITNESS SF](https://apptail.io/app/fitness-sf-bCMm/united-states) ## City Sports Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/city-sports-vhub/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/city-sports-vhub/canada) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/city-sports-vhub/mexico) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
