Charges you even when video doesn’t load -- AMASH62, 2024-12-27 ### *---- "AWFUL" COMPLETELY AWFUL AND A TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!! IT IS A HORRIBLE OUTDATED APP THAT IS NOT USER FRIENDLY NOR EASY TO NAVIGATE. LIKE MOST THE ONLY REASON YOU SEE ONE STAR IS TO BE ABLE TO POST YOUR REVIEW. I CAN’T SAY DO BETTER BECAUSE I SEE REVIEWS ON HERE FROM 5 YEARS AGO SO THAT TELLS YOU ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW!!! THAT’S THE AMERICAN WAY OPERATING ON PURE GREED AND SELF GAIN!!! -- Proby923, 2024-12-15 ### *---- "Costly service" For something that costs so much, you can’t move too quickly or it freezes and ends our video calls. The amount it costs is outrageous. If you send a paragraph it has to be approved by staff. The only way to get any good use of this application is to pay an abundant amount of money to keep from paying outrageous fees and charges. I get notifications saying I have a message but either I do not and it’s from a message I have already received or it’s an actual message and it’s doesn’t come through for hours, sometimes the next day. -- Patience is being tested, 2024-11-18 ### *---- "Privacy concerns" Do not download this app if you prefer privacy. Read the fine print. -- WTFO!!!, 2024-10-26 ### *---- "HORRIBLE" The prices are ridiculous and half the time my calls won’t even connect , the service is horrible and I feel like i’m wasting my money! -- Careyga, 2024-10-03 ### *---- "Are u kidding" This might be the worst app in all of existence. It simply does nothing. U can’t add funds-it freezes on every message. It’s absolutely useless-looking at the other reviews I shouldn’t be suprised -- silkggg, 2024-10-02 ### **--- "Screenshot in app" Turn back on screenshot festure at least for the messages!!😤 We can do it on the web! 🤷🏽‍♀️ -- QueenScorpyon, 2024-09-24 ### *---- "Screen goes black during visitation" I thought you couldn’t make the app worse but somehow yall found a way. Now I can’t even screenshot my video call with my husband so that I can see his face when I don’t have the money for a visitation. All of these fees that are on here that I have to pay like as if i’m the one incarcerated. Seriously you have to turn my photo black after I screenshot. Fix this please it’s enough that I don’t get to have him in person. Now I can’t even take a picture -- bandicbsnslxijw, 2024-09-09 ### *---- "Only choice given" The greedy feed on the needy…. fees are stupid high…$20 only gets you $12 in talk time which is less than two 15 min voice only (not video) calls and the ppl on the outside are the ones that have to pay for that. And even tho I have every notification alert I possibly can have turned on, I am still not notified about incoming messages -- fonetime, 2024-09-02 ### *---- "Have to still use the website. Not a good app" The app is only good to send messages and video calls if you already have money on the account. You have to use the website to do everything else like add money to commissary, add money to phone account, purchase calling cards, etc. Also, the app has no dashboard like the website. Kinda makes the app pointless to me if I still have to rely on the website. -- CorpsMac, 2024-08-26 [View all City Tele Coin reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
