The App Does Not Work!

This app could be so much better. They promise real time tracking of the buses but it doesn’t have that functionality. Now, the app in Seville for sightseeing buses that one works!

Terrible awful waste of time

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing tickets for our family. This tour and app were a complete waste of time and money. Terrible audio, no description of any of the sights, hot… just miserable. No words can describe what a disappointment this was.

Это просто гавно, а не сервис.

Ждали на остановке #3 (Coloseo) около получаса, хотя заявлено что у нашего розового лучшее время ожидания. За это время прошло три красных, три зелёных и четыре автобуса в цветах итальянского флага IOBus. Ещё была пара коричнево- бордовых. А около 8 вечера, real time map показывает что два автобуса наших находятся в одном и том же месте, между 3 и 4. Походу, столкнулись.. Или- зацепили ь языками. Короче- дешевле на такси. Комментарии в наушниках тоже редкие и непонятные, по большей части музыка играет..развод по итальянски👹

Nearly unusable

At the first start the app asks the user to select the city. This takes a bit of time, which is fine since this should be done rarely. Then, after a few interactions with the map, the user is kicked back to the city selection, wasting time and frustrating this user.

App not useful.

App stop numbers were out of date which caused great confusion(Madrid November 202). And even when found a stop, we once waited over an hour when their schedule said every 15 minutes. Then the route changed and our preferred stop missed. Will try to not use this hop on hop off company again

Worthless / shameful

I won’t waste any more time with this rubbish. I just endorse all other reviews. I wonder how we can trust a company with such a horrible app. It’s a joke. May be I should find another way of sightseeing Madrid, definitely not this bus.

Good for attraction detail

The app is decent, I used it in Granada, Spain. It gives detail of the monuments and attractions along the route. I thumbed through them manually. The train locator function did not work for me. We started our tour at a manned stop so the attendant filled us in on when the train would arrive.

Didn’t work at all for me in Madrid

After selecting Madrid, all I got was a white screen. I deleted, redownloaded, and still no work. Waste of time and data

How am I supposed to track the bus if the Madrid screen doesn’t pop up? Guess I’ll stand around and wait. Thanks .

As useful as a paper map

It’s a shame that such a large business has such a basic app. 1. You can’t see where you are on the map. 2. Routes at least in Barcelona are misaligned with actual stops, so sometimes it’s hard to track where you are if you’re closely following the map and compare with G Maps. 3. When you tap on a stop on the map, it doesn’t open any details.
