Poor customer service
I was using aplication last year with no problems. This year came back to Lithuania looking forward to use it again but it was saying my licence was expired. Tried to upload it again-rejected. Called customer service and was told in rather rude manner that the rule for foreign licence is 6 months. After asking where does it say that I was told she ‘cannot know where all the rules are written’. I was also refused to talk to any kind of manager or visit their office.
I don’t mind using long term car rent but both the rule and tone of voice of customer service is very disappointing.
Can’t disconnect from account without contacting support
It asks me to update pin, can’t update pin because I have no access to old mail. Cant change account because can’t enter pin, because i need to update the pin and etc...

Kaip jūs nepasiimat pinigų, net kai klientai prašo
Atsidarau appsą, susirandu automobilį ir mėginu rezervuoti. Nepavyko - kažkas su kortele. Einu žiūriu, kad trys vienodos pridėtos, bet neaišku, kuri expired. Bandau visas iš eilės - pavyksta iš 3 karto. Ateinu iki mašinos - bandau rakinti - vėl kortelė nebetinka..? Stoviu per lietų, bandau pridėti naujas - neimat. Ok, pasiimsiu Bolt Drive, viso gero.
Poor UX
Registruojantis nepavyko automatiskai identifikuotis, issoko pranesimas, kad turiu susisiekti su klientu aptarnavimo komanda. O klientu aptarnavimo komandos kontaktu aplikacijoj ne su ziburiu nerasi. Pranesi rasyti negali - ten reikia pasirinkti is duotu opciju. O jei mano problema neatitinka nei vienos opcijos, parasyti apie problema negaliu. Zodziu, jei taip nenorit su klientais bendraut, yra ir kitu, patogesniu aplikaciju
Not working at all
You rejected my identity documents, I already sent to you my residence permit and passport. The fun fact, that my driver license expired and you ask me to pass again kyc, and then rejected.
Help section shows only that something went wrong. Thank you

Sometime ago, I wrote about issues related user experience. Unfortunatelly, I was not solved.
Also, when CityBee remove the "Go" program, the rides have become more expensier (~30% roughly saying). At this point, Bolt service is cheaper. CityBee should care more about their current users because it seems that have stopped doing so

первого августа ввели правила, якобы из за незрелости, водителям младше 19 лет дозволено водить лишь определенные машины. являясь 18-ти летним пользователем, нововведение воспринял так себе, но всё же смирился, до тех пор пока не попытался начать поездку. абсолютно все машины - недоступны для резервации из за возрастных ограничений. из доступных автомобилей, т.к. проживаю в Литве, имеется лишь шкода камик, которая, даже не смотря на все выключенные вспомогательные системы, все равно не давала мне полный контроль, что мешало выполнять маневры в узком городе, т.к. машину постоянно кидало в стороны из за припаркованных машин и линий разметок. очень огорчен тем, что не могу нормально покататься, даже будучи полноправным, молодым водителем.

Go to nearest spot 2km away to park car and call taxi.
Find out you just paid twice the price and spend much more time on trip than taxi would serve you initially.
