I can find recent sales information, similar apts and their sold prices. If you are interested in doing some research like myself, you would find this app very helpful, definitely recommend.
I recently bought a condo in Manhattan and I would like to check if the title was transferred over to me successfully. I don’t know where to find that info but this app helped me that. I searched my apartment and I saw my name is listed there. I can even see previous owner and mortgage information. This is awesome.
