## Citylink Dubai Reviews in United Arab Emirates

### *---- "Unreliable schedule & poor service"
Very disappointing experience with Citylink! I booked an 8:07 AM shuttle, but my estimated arrival is 9:10 AM. What's the point of having a scheduled booking if the timing is so unreliable?
The shuttle keeps waiting for late passengers, causing unnecessary delays for everyone else. We pay for this service to save time, not waste it!
Please respect your passengers' time and improve your scheduling. Punctuality should be a priority!
-- giulianamoon, 2026-09-18

### ***-- "Very long pick up/drop off waiting period"
Very long pick up/drop off waiting period
If you’re not in a hurry and have an hour of spare time then this app is okay
-- Kdc_11, 2026-09-17

### *---- "Worst service"
Very worse service We are booking the fir going duty. Tidy I had worst experience. First showed the pick up time 20.17. Then delayed to 20.31. Then until 20.45 no bus arrived. My duty on 21.00. What should I do !!! I want to cancel the subscription.
-- sharafiya n k, 2026-09-15

### *---- "Payment functionality"
For first time users, be careful when using the app, it will ask to top up a digital wallet, but may still proceed to charge your card and top up the wallet too.. happened to me so just be aware..
-- Grace medrano, 2026-09-11

### *---- "Ateeq"
Need to improve
-- Ateeq@404, 2026-09-11

### **--- "Qurat Ul Ain"
They should make the route sensibly, for any specific route only accept the passenger rides for the same direction. They either have few vehicles or managing poorly. My location was Al qouz and I had to go all the way to Al karama and then media city. Had to ride for 80 minutes when on booking it was showing 19 minutes.
-- Annabbhh, 2026-09-07

### *---- "Trips"
Apart from waiting too long, even i booked it earlier not to be late still the timing is not accurate as it says on the apps…
-- Leeyah Rena, 2026-09-03

### *---- "Pick up at wrong location"
I wasted my time waiting for nothing, then after few minutes driver called me telling me his waiting for the wrong pick up location..thats why i book for the my convenience not to struggle walking on this kind of weather!
-- lalyn@87, 2026-09-02

### *---- "Bad service"
It will show pickup in 1 minute and driver is 30min away always late
-- khayaf, 2026-08-14

### *---- "Poor"
He did nit even drop me in my location he let me walk
-- Ghhjnmkk, 2026-07-05
