The time schedules are inaccurate. GPS rarely works. More details: normally you can see the location of the bus or streetcar. You can no longer see that. It’s been a few weeks without seeing the location of the vehicle on the route map. The times of stop arrivals also do not match up. Example: I’ll be at walking to the stop 10 mins prior to the scheduled arrival time and the bus will drive by.
Are you kidding me?? Most ridiculous lag I've ever seen on an app. Infested with ads too.
Better than google map but need to clean user interface like google
I want to London for the first time. I barely use public transportation in my normal life and I felt so safe and on time with this app! It’s so easy to understand how it works and it also understands what you want and where you want to go! It also change the planning very fast when you take the wrong street. I would recommend it to anyone! 😊
This app is incredible. So user friendly, so convenient, layouts out everything you need, it’s all in one place. 10/10 so far for a city I’m new to, or a city I live in

Easy to us. A must have when you use public transport.
Basically no Canadian coverage outside a few major cities. Pretty disappointing app. Otherwise, has some nice features in terms of being able to see route maps. Accessibility wise the app is somewhat large font compatible, but needs to be improved in this area. Unfortunately Not all text is able to be enlarged using this accessibility tool, for instance the information showing routes and times, the route maps, the settings menu, etc. Thetr are also no in app settings that allow for the ability to change font sizes, the type of font, etc. that are important when creating an app that’s accessible. For these reasons, this app is not fully accessible to visually impaired persons. The app is also not voiceover accessible. When using voiceover the buttons for choosing the type of trip (bus, walk, rail, etc. ) didn’t describe what they were or read the text on them that is shown on screen, buttons for choosing stations or lines wasn’t read out (all it said is “button”), and in the settings menu all settings options were also read out as “button” only. So it seems like in terms of voiceover accessibility your app has a long way to go before it is accessible to those who use voiceover. None of your buttons are reading out what they are for and although Information for stops and times reads out, it is not necessarily understandable in the order it’s being read. A person using voiceover would not be able to make your app work at all for them with the little information that does read out. When it comes to inaccessibility, we should be able to give a no star rating as this app is totally unusable by the blind. Do better.
The best guide map
It’s a good app. But its sucks battery like crazy. Can’t get good info from a dead phone.
