limited route
I have been hare for 6 months and using since then. But now I am aware of some habitual routes so I don’t use citymapper on that. But I want to make sorts by checking in the app. But most commonly it shows expensive route although searching for the cheap one. Need to IMPROVE but good overall.

Great app for travellers
Excellent app
Even though the UI seems a bit outdated in style, it still achieves the main goal - providing me with the best and quickest route in London. Much better and more aware than google maps. It also provides small details like which part of the train is better to take for the quickest commute, widgets and the Apple Watch app. As some people were joking - if city mapper told me to swim to the destination - I’d swim.

this app has saved me so many times. when my phone dies i often break out into tears, not because i am lost, but because i can’t go on citimapper anymore
Good in the cities it covers
Generally good in more urban areas. Poor on walking directions anywhere. I find the editing/naming of Saved Places strange and clumsy. It would be very useful (obviously) to have the option to search contacts.

Great app except it often can’t work out which public transport train you are using during a trip. The ETA is right but the details in the app show the following train

This app is really useful for getting around London especially when you are first learning. It shows you the quickest routes and lots of ways to get there. I recommend this app for anyone who is new to London, or just is wondering on a quicker way to get there. It is really helpful and easy to use.
