Very complicated route by bus
Massive bug - cannot change time for arrival in future
Massive bug in setting time The time settings seems to be stuck on leave and todays time I.e if I try searching at 3am today Then say move to next Thursday to arrive at I cannot change the time past 3am

Best app for find the public transport and timing as well
Saves me minutes each day.
So far this app works well - was a little erratic in Vienna and Munich but London is great.
I work at Google and still use city mapper
I am a life long Londoner AND work on Google maps and city mapper is the best way to navigate London !

Great app, very good journey planning
Shocking!
Citymapper used to be great, accurate great travel options but now it’s utterly useless. Sends you to stops that are closed due to planned works, doesn’t give you all the travel options and is so inaccurate I’ve missed multiple buses and trains! Deleted it now and using another.
