Brilliant
We have used this app in Bangkok , berlin , rome, amsterdam and our local town in Wales. It even gives our local area. It's brilliant we hope to use it on our next holiday to South America and then onto Japan, you are never lost.
Poor app
Synching is appalling

Used to be pretty good, but now all my maps have disappeared!

Syncing
Great app but need to sync data more frequently. Have 2 devices logged onto same account but data has not synced from one device to another. Can you please sync information on accounts more frequently.
Offline map that doesn’t workoffline
This used to be great, I’d have said so myself 5 years ago as a fully paid up member. It no longer works offline, as I have found to my cost more than once despite repeated deletes and reloads on more than one device. Works great if you have a wifi connection. But the whole point of this app is that it’s there for when you don’t. And when you don’t, you’ll be looking at a blue dot in a screen of grey nothing. Avoid.
