Not helpful at all. Its completely useless.

WRONG ACCOUNT NUMBER

I opened a Power Savings Account at the City Savings Bacoor Branch earlier, and I registered for your online banking app, CitySavingsMobile. During registration, I clicked on “SIGN UP WITH MY EXISTING ACCOUNT” and selected “Account Number” since my account number is printed on my Visa ATM Debit Card and Passbook. However, after submitting, it said that the account number was incorrect, even though it’s the same one on my Passbook and ATM Card.

Can't transfer funds. Laging failed!!! Ano ba yan!!!!

They cannot provide solution/ trouble shooting for the application. They will just ask you to drop by to the nearest branch👎👎👎

Defective

I've been trying to open my account to check if my loan proceeds has already been credited, but I receive a message prompting me to update the app, so I did. It took just a minute for the whole updating process. When I was about to enter my account number and password, there's another prompt saying that my password is incorrect, so I tried a password reset via my account ID, but there is another prompt saying I entered the wrong ID. I tried using my valid email and it says I entered the wrong email address. I am caught up and ended up annoyed and hopeless. This is a faulty and a defective app.

citysavings loan ranger app

I have tried many times with right information but still I can’t sign up. I have tried at least 30 times. I even emailed the citysavings last week but until today I haven’t received any replies to assist me.

OTP Confirmation!

My patience can’t hold on the the retrieval of OTP through email. The worst Ive ever had.

Limited and so unfriendly.

I have been trying to log-in for hours now and your app says it can’t access my account .
