## CityVitae Reviews in United States

### *---- "Expensive and lack of customer support"
My condo uses the service for public EV charging; they charge almost double what ChargePoint charges at our old condo less than a mile away.

Customer Support is nonexistent; when you call, it goes straight to voicemail every time, and even after leaving multiple voicemails, they don't return your call.

Anyone considering using this company should stay far away, since there are so many other choices for public EV charging.

### *---- "Disaster of an app and service"
Wow this is just complete frustration every step of the way, and then it just errors out and will not even charge my car. Crazy awful.
-- Poweruser12, 2026-06-08

### *---- "Expensive charging"
It costs $35 to charge model 3 compared to $20 with Tesla super charger…
-- ZeusinPK, 2025-11-09

### ****- "Getting better"
App got a little better
-- KakaDoody, 2025-10-16

### ***** "Functional and Reliable"
Tested out the app at a charging station. It navigated me to a station, took my payment info, and then activated the station without issue. Charging rate was faster than other similar level 2 chargers from other brands. I’d use it again!
-- Mp466, 2025-02-02

### *---- "Buggy and Unreliable"
The App is very buggy and unreliable. It will crash on launch, you are unable to sign in, or it will be unable to find the charging stations making use of the charging stations unavailable.
-- Cap'n Chas, 2024-04-27

### ***** "Easy to use and very efficient"
I rented a Tesla while I was down in Miami. I didn’t know how to find charging stations near me, so a friend recommended me city vitae, it showed me all the charging stations in the area and was very cost efficient. Would recommend 👍

### *---- "Don’t ever use them"
This is by far the worst e charging platform that I have ever encountered. They charge .05 cents a min which does not sound like much but when it takes 10-11 hours which adds up to over $60. I might as well get a gas guzzler because at it would be a few dollars cheaper. I could go to the super charge down the street for 1/3rd of the cost.
