Claims secure login was terrible. It makes a painful process even worse. It took 15 minutes of failed attempts to even log in.

This app sucks. Always need to update, always have trouble connecting because it doesn’t recognize the password, etc.

Won’t let me log on until I update. Click on update and there is no update. Delete the app and reinstall it, still tells me to update. This company is a joke.

Every time i try to log in i receive an error. Every time i have to reset password. I added face ID option which does not work. Very exausting , time consuming and frustrating app.

Honestly idk about all the other reviews that are 1 star. My dentist automatically files the claim with them and it updates the claim submitted pretty quick and displays all the charges. Also pretty easy to use and the information it displays is also kinda cool so yeah pretty neat app

So annoying. Couldn’t log in!

New version fails. Passwords don’t work. Where was the QC?

Please fix it, I don’t have time to update, sometimes I need the app right away

All around terrible. I will enter a claim, and get somethng that says that it should go through. And then I look into my history two or three days later and it’s not there at all. That’s terrible.!! I guess they’re hoping you forget about it and don’t make the claim.

The pop-up with “update” button comes up each time the app loads, to update to the new version. There is no new version in App Store. And this pop-up preventing to use the app. Disappointing.
