Initially it was good. Very responsive . They provided session video to check our performance. We can go through the session video and can check the errors we made and correct them by noting down. But now It is such a useless app. They are not providing any video. They don’t respond to our queries if we try to contact the customer service. And moreover they are charging high taxes and subscription fee. Worth less. Today I have a session but the tutor didn’t join . I’ve been trying to contact the customer service team but no one is responding.
