On board, it gives participants a true driving companion. For organisers, it provides creation, coordination and tracking tools designed specifically for rallies. Developed by Clarcy Consulting and the official app of Clarcy On Road rallies, CoPilot By Clarcy is designed for car clubs, rally organisers, participants and roadbook enthusiasts. Demo mode and temporary anonymous access via QR code make the app easy to discover or use. NAVIGATION AND ON-ROAD EXPERIENCE • CarPlay: map, instructions, tulip diagrams, remaining time and estimated arrival time on your car’s screen • Interactive map showing the complete rally route and direction to the next point • Clear instructions displayed on screen and announced by voice • Intelligent voice guidance adapted to speed and distance • Tulip diagrams • Total and travelled distance, distance and time to the next point, and estimated arrival time • Fuel stations and charging points along the route • Alerts for roadworks, diversions and road closures • Open a point directly in Waze when a diversion is needed • Automatic day/night mode • Partial offline operation once the roadbook has been loaded ORGANISATION AND COORDINATION • Messaging between organisers and participants without WhatsApp groups • Sender’s GPS position attached to the message and visible on the rally map • Address can be copied for emergency services without revealing phone numbers • Messages read aloud with Reply functionality • Checkpoints with voice messages in 5 languages and real-time participant tracking • Geolocated voice notes during route reconnaissance • Regularity rallies: zones, timing, live classification and neutralisations ACCESS AND LANGUAGES Sign in using personal credentials, Face ID or an anonymous QR code, scanned or imported from a file or Photos. The interface is available in French, Dutch, English, German and Italian.
