The new app is problematic enough to where I don’t even want to bank here anymore. It used to be so simple but they made it more complicated now I’m not sure why. Truly should have never updated the app. If it’s not broken don’t fix it… -- hebckxeiw2728, 2024-08-04 ### ***** "Best update to date" This latest version is the best so far! Love the new details in the accounts page -- workspaces killer, 2024-03-17 ### *---- "Considering a NEW BANK" Come on!!!!! Why???? The old app was JUST FINE. Now for whatever reason my face ID doesn’t work. But beyond that WHY CANT I SEE PENDING TRANSACTIONS ANYMORE???? I hate the new format it’s confusing but seeing less information about my bank account is really upsetting to me. Considering bringing all of my accounts to ICCU. -- Leberle317, 2024-02-22 ### **--- "Unnecessary System Change" I’m not really sure why Clarity thought they needed a new system. If it’s not broke don’t fix it. The previous system was fast, responsive, and everything was easy to find. The new system is slow, clunky, and the UI/UX is horrible. As a 4 year member, I should have a vote on changes like this. I would have voted NO. I am considering going to Frontier down the road now. Their system/online experience is fantastic. -- ShaunE42, 2024-02-20 ### *---- "HORRIBLE FORMATTING" I absolutely hate hate hate this new app the formatting of it is awful and confusing 10/10 DONT recommend at all I wish they would go back to the old app that was so much easier. -- xxbrazy_bellexx, 2024-02-16 ### ***** "Great Update!" Love the new app! It’s great that I can freeze/unfreeze my cards! -- GolfIsFun88, 2024-02-14 [View all Clarity Credit Union reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Clarity Credit Union Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/clarity-credit-union-gSkp/united-states) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/clarity-credit-union-gSkp/colombia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
