Knowing your latest trip status and factors that could affect travel is more important than ever. The new version of the Clarity Go2Mobile app gives you all the information you need, in a fresh new interface.
You have instant access to full trip itinerary, airline check-in, rail e-Tickets and enhanced travel intelligence such as National Rail Updates, so you are informed whether on a short train ride or complex international journey.
Travel Managers and Bookers can interact with trips they have arranged for other people, as well as using Go2Mobile for their own trips.

New Feature Overview        
Revamped User Interface: Go2Mobile has been given a fresh new look in line with Go2Book and useful info is now immediately available. For example, once you log in, the home screen now shows headline info on your upcoming trips.
We’ve also added in access to Go2Book mobile friendly booking portal, e-Tickets and Boarding Passes (stored securely in Wallet).
Rail Trips with enhanced e-Ticket access:  As well as accessing your rail e-Ticket within your trip screen, you now have direct access to your phone wallet from your app home screen, saving you time when you need to scan the e-Ticket QR code at the station.
 
Enhanced Notifications: Now you don’t just receive a notification for a travel update, (or risk alert if your company uses Go2TrackPro), all notifications are now nicely stored and accessible within your trip.
Streamlined Sign In with Apple ID : Registered users can quickly set up streamlined sign in with Apple ID. This means future login takes no time and utilises your own secure phone credentials rather than Go2Mobile username and password.
Travel Manager/Booker Functionality: For our clients who arrange travel on behalf of others, you can access and interact with the trips you arranged in the ‘For Others’ screen.
Even further, you can generate a ‘memo’ message which sends a notification and attaches to the trip in your travellers’ app. A great way to gently prompt a traveller about their trip.

Difficult app

I don’t think this app is user friendly at all. You cannot delete/edit what has been added, annoying

One star is generous

Clarity is literally the worst administrative system I have ever had to use in my entire career. The app is equally as bad as the website. Avoid at all cost if, unlike me, you are not forced to use this by your work.

Need different password to web version

I will not use this app . It’s absurd that different passwords are required for the app from the website . Now I have read the reviews it looks like iam not the only one who has left similar comments

Doesn’t work

I have a business account, have called support who couldn’t actually support they gave me a guide. I’ve followed the guide and came to the conclusion that the app just doesn’t work.

Very confusing

When you first use the app, you have to register again. Using the same email address but a different password, it eventually works (after validating the email address). So you have to maintain two different passwords for the same account, one for the web version and one for the mobile app. A bit rubbish really.

Zero stars - utterly useless

Unable to login using the same credentials I can use on the browser.

Simply does not work

Cannot login at all with credentials created using the web version, despite resetting numerous times. Just use the browser version and save your valuable time Have deleted this app

Needs Work

Could be so much more useful, but for a start it needs to remember credentials so you can quickly use it while you’re on your travels. Requiring a separate login to their own web site just makes this major failing even more frustrating.

Yep, pretty useless.

My log-in credentials don’t work. So we need two completely different accounts, one for the website and one for the app? Awesome.

Waste of time and energy

Will not recognise your password used on PC. Good start!! Well done developers 🙌🏼
