We use the Clarius L7 to check the vertebral arteries before and after the atlas orthogonal adjustment, and it is so easy and so fast and helps me the document the best way to reduce the Atlas subluxation. The artificial intelligence does most of the thinking for me.
There is no ultraportable that is worthy of the name, that I have not hands-on, tested and put through the paces. From the cheaper, non-crystal based, tethered probe (iQ) to the other WiFi offering...Clarius is the unquestioned leader. I have over 700 studies with this probe and it equals or exceeds the resolution of my cart based scanner that was 10 times the cost that these new scanners offer with a fraction of the features and no cloud access. You would be cheating your profession self if you did not scan with one of these scanners “side-by-side” with your base scanner and then get on here to tell the next guy your story. Hear Hear, Clarius Developers!! Updated 6/28/22 Still the ONE!!
Used for POC at our clinic. it delivers great value. Image quality is very nice. Only drawback is the weight needs getting used to during scans. Overall a great addition to any veterinarians tool box.
I love this linear portable u/s, using it since 1 year for regional anesthesia such as postoperative TAP block, my patients also satisfied with the results.
Easy functionality Easy measurements State of the art Highly recommend
An amazing easy too to use!
Good form factor and ergonomics, clear images and functions for bedside. CWDoppler?
I’ve tested several portable ultrasounds and have come to the conclusion that Clarius is by far the best in the market. I have 170 scans with the curvilinear probe and couldn’t ask for a better image each time. Body habitus does tend to affect image more than tethered probe but all in all, its a fantastic addition to my practice.
Super happy with my purchase about a year into using it! It’s so helpful to be able to show a patient HOW they are recruiting a muscle and what impact that has on them being able to manage pressure onto the pelvic floor or their abdominal wall. I am able to do much less internal examination for pelvic health which increases accessibility and also carry over into functional tasks such as scanning while doing a squat or curl-up task.
