After using the after hours app and seeing continuous improvements my office added the Clarus call management software during office hours.  It has dramatically improved the efficiency with which our staff handle patient calls and they love it. I used an operator before. Very inefficient. Lots of inaccurate or missing calls. And taking notes was nearly impossible. Clarus has made this process much simpler. Lots of notification options.

This is one of the worst things to happen to healthcare.  Patients using the app are directed to a phone tree that often drops calls or routes to the wrong option.  This is dangerous for patient care.  Hospitals and provider that use this should not be trusted as they are maximizing cost cuts at the expense of patient care.
