Misleading Sign up BEWARE
Great app, UI/ UX is very appealing. Upon signup, you MUST purchase subscription. When I asked school and went online to see if this is necessary, they said it’s not. Completely misleading and bad first impression as I was confused. When I tried to pass my subscription to family so they didn’t have to pay, it still made them pay upon signup as well. Procare app does the same thing and doesn’t force you to buy it. Either way, still functions like it should.

I don’t like this at all
This thing is just a complete mess. I’ve got 9 different conversations going for my one kindergartener. There are literally hundreds of people messaging all day long. I don’t have time for this. The layout also wildly chaotic. It’s just way too much. I would much rather have something very simple and straightforward. I just want a line of communication with my child’s teacher. I have zero use for this other stuff and really wish it would quit trying to sell me junk I don’t need. Not a fan at all.
Too many prompts to upgrade
I can barely use the app due to the constant prompts to upgrade/pay money to use enhanced features. It’s hard to learn how to navigate the app for the first time because of it.
