SCAM DO NOT SUBSCRIBE
Wish I had seen all the negative reviews earlier. I reached out to Customer Service because I was charged after the free trial for 2 months and requested a refund. The Customer Service member refunded me for one month then closed my account so I could no longer use the credits from the month prior, instead of informing me first that this would be the case. I only requested that they allow me access the credits for the one month that they could not refund me, and they said that there was nothing they could do since they had already closed my account. So I paid $90 for nothing and cannot even get access to the credits that were paid for.

Worth your money!
Unreliable and a waste of time
Used to be good but recently it happens a lot that you reserve a class from class pass app but you won’t see in the gym app and gym says you’re not registered. And then a few days after the class ClassPass says the reservation got cancelled lol. Beyond unreliable for me

This app is a SCAM after u cancel your plan they still charge you $72.43 like excuse me no i canceled cause i didn’t like the app personally before deleting like i do wit any app i saying a subscription for (keep in mind i was still on free trial) yet you charge me???? I WONT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
Nice studios, HORRIBLE APP
Lot of bugs when buying credits, Poor customer service and the app will customize what you see in regards pricing, increasing it if your buddies are going, this is an ANTI-social app

They are fraudulent!!! I signed up for free trial to see what it was, and it is impossible to cancel a membership and customer service does not exist. They keep pulling money from my account, like $90!!! STAY AWAY.
SCAM- they take your money
I downloaded this app and deleted immediately! Last week the app kept showing up on my phone and yesterday- Oct 16-2023 i was charge an auto renewal of 69 with taxes 73 dollars to my Mastercard that’s connected to my Apple Store!! They just charge it-zero reminders when I tried to go get refund through Apple they don’t even appear!! It’s only through their app you can check you have Been screwed over!! I can’t even find a phone number to call ! This is very sketchy

I recently subscribed to the app, and I had to cancel my subscription because every time I would book a class in a gym nearby, I would find out minutes before that class that the gym doesn’t exist, so I would cancel, and the app would charge me $10 - $12 cancellation fees. This happened about 3 times before I decided to end my subscription and delete the app. Also, I’m reading that they continue to charge your credit card after cancellation so I filed a complaint to fraudulent services. I anticipate to take this further action because this is a fraudulent service.
