DO NOT USE THIS APP
Absolutely no customer service! I reserved a class but it was unexpectedly cancelled. I arrived at the studio and waited for more than 15 minutes, however nobody picked up my call or answered the door. Total waste of time, and they haven't even offered an explanation. Also, I received 35 free trial credits; yet, many studios are unavailable. Even though there are still spots available, they won't let you book it.
I used to love it but now witnessing its downfall
There are so many nonsense policies now. 1) my friend who is new to classpass got accused she signed up for the free trial before and got her free trial cancelled midway, right before her 1st lesson and it became an awkward situation where both the studio and my friend were not sure what’s goes wrong. Upon flagging it to them, the support could only repeated that it was flagged by system. GO FIX YOUR FRAUD SYSTEM. 2) I booked 2 lessons in a row for a studio for the first time. 1 lesson was on discount as a 1st time offer to the studio and the other lesson was on normal price. The discounted lesson got cancelled due to insufficient enrolment to the lesson, so I asked for the welcome offer back. They only replied me saying ‘oh if it’s cancelled by the studio then there is nothing we can do about it’. It’s full of funny and ridiculous policies now. The idea of the app is good, but reality, NAH.

Coach may cancel the booking before 1 hour, but client must cancel it before 12 hours. Otherwise, that is not refundable….shame on you

I would give it a zero star if there was one. Tried to take my money twice and I haven’t even added my billing address. The first time I wasn’t aware of them trying to charge me but couldn’t cuz I don’t have enough amount in my debit/credit card for them to take. After finding out of their first attempt, I went ahead and cancelled my membership but they still attempted to charge me the second time. I downloaded this app cuz it looked interesting on IG but it turned out to be a total scam. Don’t get tempted by the post guys, stay vigilant.🙏🏼
It’s a regretful app
Not always have spaces and won’t send you any notifications if any class has been cancelled. Better go to gym room than this one.
SCAM!! They take money and it’s a waste of money
For sucked in and didn’t send reminder to cancel, they charge me $688 and when I discovered I was charged, and after I canceled the credits disappear within a few days, which is not fair, it should give me at least another month to use up the credits but they don’t see if you cancel you lose the credits they don’t care about reminding you that just take money do not download or join this
Server problem
When I try to upgrade my plan, it always has internet server problem today.

as per other reviews, this app and service is a scam, don’t sign up for their free credits.
Scam
The second you signed up and put your billing info there, you’ll be charged for ridiculous reasons like cancelling the reservations, missing the reservations, automatically membership renewal etc. Don’t trust this app.
