Do not buy credits if you are not ready to commit. I have been charging twice every month even though I have credits in my account. When I talk to the customer service. They said if you cancel your memebership, the credits will expire. These are the credits I bought with money. They just throw it away.

The app is too difficult and so confuse to use and my friend never got a spot in any class even the classes were never full

I am a long time ClassPass user (150+ classes) who has spent hundreds on this subscription and referred multiple users. I used to LOVE (and I mean *love* this app) but several new updates have made me discontinue using the app- including not being able to upgrade your plan early and having to buy additional credits, the price increase in credits (no longer makes sense to get more expensive plans because you save nothing), preference given to new users in terms of offers/upgrades. Unfortunately, ClassPass is not accessible anymore and other competitors have much better pricing. Plus the amount of ads they are running…surely customer retention should be a bigger priority for revenue than new user acquisition!

When signing up for a free trial, you’re only allowed to book into a gym for free one time. You can’t re-book that gym unless you sign up for a paid membership. So there’s actually no free trail. I’d rather go spend my money directly to the gym now.

Testing to steal money through unclear communication. Sneaky tactics

How you guys run the free month membership and renewal is just sneaky. I was talked into the free month from a boom cycle gym and other than that one day never used it again. Forgot I had even signed up and now 69 pounds has been taken from my account NO email telling me the free trial is almost up. Just plain sneaky money grabbing tactics. If you were more honest with customers I would have valued it more but now not only will I never use class pass again I’m going to actively tell people about my bad experience

I used this product and it was good but tried to cancel my subscription on several occasions and was continually billed. I wrote to them several times through their website and one time they even said that my case was resolved and I wouldn’t be charged again but I was. Some apps and companies try to leech everything out of you and this is one of them

I used to do yoga all the time and since I had to give it up (too expensive) my mental health really suffered. ClassPass gave me the ability to go back to it at an affordable price. It’s great for trying out new classes and it’s a fun thing to share between friends that doesn’t involve going out!

You have to spend so long giving details, signing up for nonsense, putting in goals, interests and payment details before you can see what’s in your area, it’s expensive, monthly? For what? And I have no doubt they take a silly fee from the original person for annoying their clients to death just Google the service you want instead

So handy to use, get to access loads of classes that would usually be double the price they are on class pass! Would highly recommend!
