Unauthorized Credit Card Charges
A gym cheated me by verbally telling me that they would not charge my card. FYI I got stuck in traffic and I agreed with the gym that there was no issue for me or them. Behind my back they informed ClassPass that I was a no show. And despite being very unreasonable with me they pleaded for me not to give a bad review of the gym. In fact I gave them 5 stars! ClassPass charged my card anyway for a late fee that was falsely and unfairly reported. I tried privately to fairly submit my complaint but they simply ignored me/it. Yea great app for health and fitness but not great with human interaction and support. Don’t expect any help if you get yourself in a dispute with a gym, they will take the gym side regardless of the facts and don’t care about the customers. Hopefully you can address my case and refund my money.
Very handy for Adhoc classes
Gives you the flexibility in terms of time and options ! Very comfortable. Some of the maps are not accurate -

Very difficult to cancel membership, not many options in Dublin, keeps charging your card

Unfortunately I can’t use it because every time I open it after 7 secs it shut down
Zero Support From Customer Service
The idea of the app is great, easy bookings etc, basically does what it says! However the billing issues overshadows the experience. Issues with credits and referral credits. Referral links don’t work and they make you pay full price even with the “discount” of the referral link. Customer service close the chat and say will follow-up by email and never do.
Infuriating cancellation process
App a nice idea, but in Dublin available classes just yoga, martial arts and dance - none of which I was interested in. I wouldn’t have bothered giving a bad review except for the infuriating procedure to cancel. They make you chat to a rep and cancellation doesn’t go through until end of pointless ‘hard sell’ conversation. Bad form.
Complicated cancellation experience
Honestly. It s good app but there are so many issues with their service and membership. In order for you to cancel the free trial you have to speak to a rep who will then ofcourse try to upsell or cross sell thus making the exist journey so hard. Can’t believe that there is no quick way to cancel the membership and you’d have to go through a chat service (after digging into the app for hours to find it). Secondly, you are able to delete your credit card details from the app. So again forever it’s stored there long after you’ve canceled your membership. They don’t send you reminders that your membership is renewing therefore you go from being a free member to instantly paying 399 AED (~ 120 euro per month) without you even knowing. Horrible.
