They offered free trial period. I subscribed it out of curiosity. And they automatically deducted RM200 for membership- and there’s no way of refund. And if you cancel the subscription, the credits you paid for automatically becomes invalid once the one month period pass. There’s no way of getting it back too. I guess this is one of the ways classpass make money.

I used Classpass as trial. But I had very bad experience how they run business and treat their customers. Class Pass deducted my money because of “Missed class” although I attended and completed it at the studio. Class Pass didn’t even double check or give any notifications ahead. It is charged automatically. I contacted Customer Support agent. They said I need to wait (no timeline) for them to check and get confirmation from the studio. Now I don’t know when I can get refund, so disappointed.

I was cancelled the membership for 3 months,but they keep charge me every month,I told them many times but no use. Pls contact me ASAP.

Flagged me n my friends account for absolutely no reason !!?? Said we have used the free trial before ( we didn’t ) Customer service did not help at all too

they actually way charge you more than when you subscribe directly to the saloon/ gym/ spa etc and some is even double the original price

I had my membership frozen for 2 weeks due to a trip and when i unfreeze my account the manage plan button disappeared. I have been trying to contact the customer service to get that button back since i have to plan how much credits to buy for next month Lo and behold the agents cannot be contacted. It takes them literal hours to be connected, and there are no notifications on my app to tell me that i have an agent waiting. Then they just promptly left the chat. I have no other ways of contacting them. I managed to navigate the plan change via the bot but its not the right credits reflected. I'm under aspire lifestyle and am entitled for extra 10% credits. So now i'm stuck in this infinite loop of trying to talk to a human but nobody show up. This is frustrating.

Be aware of this scam app. First they say you will get 30 credit for free and then after you use fee credit for one class you can’t use the rest of your free credit!! They keep forcing you to upgrade your membership then the free class gone ! I will make a police report in Malaysia about this scam app

The app freezes every time I switch between apps on my phone. Kept having to restart the app and key in the details all over again to search the classes that fits my schedule. It’s such a hassle. Further, sometimes when I’ve scrolled to the bottom of the search page, the page would just lag and glitch to the first result on the search page which is really annoying because I’ve to scroll back to the bottom again. This has happened multiple times, please look into this as I see other users also experiencing the same issue.
