Been a loyal customer for a long time. Been recommending ClassPass to friends. I halted stopped my subscription and then got one again. For 43 euros. Then, I got the option to switch plans. So I switched to a higher plan. Guess what? I got charged double the subscriptions, instead of simply switching plans. The customer service framed it as my fault, even though I got no warnings and was prompted to switch plans. One customer service agent offered an exception to my case, and then another one came to apologise for the bad service. And then said that the offer was a mistake? Horrible. They should hold their agent Sebastian accountable for the bad service. Also the app constantly glitches. Very hard to use, especially when you want to book a popular workout or talk to customer service. The screen stoped moving and you have to restart constantly.

It's extremely overpriced. If you don't need this kind of flexibility, it'll be much cheaper to buy a membership or a training program directly. ClassPass membership doesn't even give you points for your money, it only gives them up to a certain limit and then you essentially continue paying for them not to take them from you. Because if you cancel your subscription, they will take them all. How is this not a scam?

Classpass trick you into a free trial and then for months charge you without you ever knowing or ever sending you a reminder or confirmation whatsoever.

It’s impossible to search for fun new workouts.. the search function is awful! Even though you selected your city it still searches for places 6000KM away from you. Almost unbearable.

I have been a paying member for half a year and had a clean record, tried 20 different places, BUT one place never tracked the attendance. It’s such a clear pattern— they could check other members (I know many) that also were not confirmed present. And ClassPass charged me for many “missed classes” from that place that I have attended, even though I contacted them and explained everything.

Mandatory reviews after each booking. Continuous pestering about inviting a friend. Begging to re-enable notifications so they can spam me some more. Ever increasing credit costs. I pay every month to use this app and still get treated like someone to be squeezed out till the last drop. Hard to find a company with a worse customer experience.

Groot aanbod voor een aantrekkelijke prijs, goede manier om jezelf te verwennen. Ze hebben hele goede acties. Wel beetje jammer dat er voor een reservering achter meer credits vanaf werden gehaald
