I tried cancelling my membership 2 times on Nov 12 and my card got deducted 2 times also even though I didn’t cancel/renew my membership. I also still haven’t gotten this 2 amounts back. One live agent told me it is an pre-hold authorization and will automatically give back to me after 5-10 days but up until it isn’t still given back. I don’t know if I will ever get this back. Classpass please solve this issue since this is such a hassle.

i have had enough of this app. i have given it a second chance but it keeps disappointing me. even though i love the idea that there are so many classes i can take, they keep charging my card for things that i never agree to pay for!!!! it’s such a scam. even though they were able to refund it, it’s just a hassle overall. never going back.

I really like the concept of Class Pass but the penalties for late cancellation is too harsh. Maybe make it 4 hrs before the class before a penalty for late cancellation kicks in. 

Also i suggest that all the unused credits in free trial be rolled over to the next cycle if the person renews. This will entice more people

I recommended this app to so many friends because it’s efficient. I love how it forces me to go out and take care of myself.

BUT, I encountered problems with my reservations and their customer service is not very helpful at all. 

I understand that they value their partnership with establishments, but I believe that this can be achieved without compromising the quality of the experience for their customers.

I gave Classpass another shot but I don’t think they are going to improve.
