Harsh penalties
I really like the concept of Class Pass but the penalties for late cancellation is too harsh. Maybe make it 4 hrs before the class before a penalty for late cancellation kicks in. Also i suggest that all the unused credits in free trial be rolled over to the next cycle if the person renews. This will entice more people
Refund!!!!!! Scam App
I was charged even if I cancelled prior to the free trial. A month later charged me the regular rate even if I was in the deactivated status. Will never recommend this app
awful app and cx service
havent received my refund yet it’s been more than 10 days. the customer rep also informed me before that theyd remove my card from the app but it’s still there w no option to remove it. 0/5
Great App but Terrible Customer Service
I recommended this app to so many friends because it’s efficient. I love how it forces me to go out and take care of myself. BUT, I encountered problems with my reservations and their customer service is not very helpful at all. I understand that they value their partnership with establishments, but I believe that this can be achieved without compromising the quality of the experience for their customers. I gave Classpass another shot but I don’t think they are going to improve.
FRAUD
I have talked to a customer service associate to cancel my account while I’m still not being charged the monthly subscription fee and after a few minutes the app ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE MY CARD! The customer service associate told me I won’t be charged anymore and that my account has been cancelled but the following day they tried to charge my credit card again!! THIS IS FRAUD.
Fraud
My debit card got charge 2 times even its not registered in your system! Customer service is not even helping me with my concern! Omygod! You guys just stole a total of ₱2,924!
Cant use trial credits
I cant use my trial credits at all. i currently have 50 credits aftwr clicking the referral link of my friend but I cant use it. Customer support didn’t respond to me yet up until today.
