I tried them once ( Paid credits ) and the center i went to told me that i dont have a booking ( although it was confirmed on class pass ) , and that Class pass has not been paying them so they’re not accepting those bookings. They also rarely have spaces available in the classes i want, so in a month time i could only book this cupping appointment that i was rejected to. All the classes are closed almost always and you need to keep a close eye to catch one open , and if you miss it you get charged ( Not only the credits that you used on the class which you paid money for , but also extra money) I dont recommend it at all !
Staff does not help the clients
Probably the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen on an app. 45 min to 1 hour wait time to speak to an operator. They take forever to respond. They don’t properly listen to you when you explain your issue. Just horrible. Fix your whole customer service sector on this app. If you ever face a problem on this app, don’t expect that it will be fixed.
The concept of the app and the services that it provides is really good however my terrible experience was from the membership, payment and customer care. How it started: I was not a member and suddenly received a text message that an amount had been deducted. Reached out to customer care/ support: provided the receipts and screenshots.. Because i didnt know the name they refused to refund quote “thats not the right account name and number” please keep in mind that a screenshot that the amount had been deducted with all the required info. Sent email to support they got it resolved Stating that the refund would happened and apologized for the inconvenience.. Now once again the deduction happened and i have reached out to them hopefully can get resolved. Just keep this in mind that it might happen and i suggest that you use a debit card so this doesnt happen to you
Useless. I often travel for work, and in some countries, class pass is non existent. I asked the customer service to extend my credits validity for that reason abd since I can’t use the service i paid for but didn’t receive any help!
app isn’t working, I can’t book classes and there’s absolutely no way to contact customer support.
I downloaded application and got a free trial then they deducted my money without informing me , when I reached out to them they said they will refund me max within 10 working days . It’s been more than that now and no refund , when I reached out to their customer care team , each one was saying something different, they even said that I will be charged again ( nonsense) and that the refund was cancelled, another one told me my account is already cancelled and I have to contact my bank and tbh I don’t know who to believe + they made me wait so long just to answer a text , honestly the worst experience ever and the worst customer service agent

I am reporting them to authorities, they advertise one month free then they charge you with no permissions and refuse to refund!! Don’t sign up for this scam!!!
