Great app in terms of assistance. Can make things easier when you have the right prompts of course. Has it’s imperfections, but I’m sure it will get better.

Amazing LLM

Extremely helpful and concise with its answers. Sonnet 3.5 new, is the most useful model out of them all for me. Highly appreciate what anthropic is doing.

Optimisation at its best!

Claude has been such an efficient tool and a great addition to my day to day life. I don't need an executive assistant anymore. I have been able to cut my admin and coordination tasks by half. Claude helps me think and design cutting edge solutions. But what I have learned is that the better and more concise your input, the better the outcome!

Reached out 3x regarding an incorrect account ban

I couldn’t get past sign-up before having my account and mobile number banned. I have absolutely no idea why, seems like a common issue experienced by users? I’ve tried reaching out 3x to the support team in the past 3 months, furthest I’d gotten was somebody asking me to fill out a form (this was about a month ago). It makes me lose confidence in a company like Anthropic, like what if I’m paying for a premium plan and I can’t get in to cancel and support takes a quarter of a year to get back to me? I just feel so silenced and small — and I wish that wasn’t the case, because what a great tool it looks like. I’m not confident that anything is going to change. I don’t have tons of followers nor am I huge in the tech community to make enough waves to have this resolved, I’m unimportant, and I feel like anyone in my position would feel the same. I really hope somebody higher up calls them out on this.

I was initially sceptical about using A.I. I however find the responses from Claude to be thorough and clear

One of my favourite apps

Claude is amazing and having a cellphone app with all this power is helpful on so many levels. There isn’t much I need to know that Claude can’t answer. Using it for work, fun and everything in between.

Great app

Great app, Claude AI is absolutely amazing. A few things I would like to see in this new app is the ability to pin apps. Other than that it’s just like the web version and works perfectly well. Well done Anthropic! I’ve been waiting for this one for a while now.

Fantastic App

The app is great and the version I use is functional and responsive. A suggestion would be to include a High Resolution voice reader feature that would read out the answers from Claude. More features to make premium worth it would be great as well

It’s malfunctioning.

Useless! Don’t Waste Your Time

Inferior to every other major AI assistant. It’s worse at searching than perplexity. It’s worse at creative tasks than Gemini or analysis than ChatGPT. It’s worse than all three at actually being an assistant. The amount of time and coaching it took me to get it to add a simple workout schedule to my calendar was tens of times longer than just doing it myself.
