I couldn’t get past sign-up before having my account and mobile number banned. I have absolutely no idea why, seems like a common issue experienced by users? I’ve tried reaching out 3x to the support team in the past 3 months, furthest I’d gotten was somebody asking me to fill out a form (this was about a month ago). It makes me lose confidence in a company like Anthropic, like what if I’m paying for a premium plan and I can’t get in to cancel and support takes a quarter of a year to get back to me? I just feel so silenced and small — and I wish that wasn’t the case, because what a great tool it looks like. I’m not confident that anything is going to change. I don’t have tons of followers nor am I huge in the tech community to make enough waves to have this resolved, I’m unimportant, and I feel like anyone in my position would feel the same. I really hope somebody higher up calls them out on this.

One of my favourite apps
Claude is amazing and having a cellphone app with all this power is helpful on so many levels. There isn’t much I need to know that Claude can’t answer. Using it for work, fun and everything in between.
Great app
Great app, Claude AI is absolutely amazing. A few things I would like to see in this new app is the ability to pin apps. Other than that it’s just like the web version and works perfectly well. Well done Anthropic! I’ve been waiting for this one for a while now.
Fantastic App
The app is great and the version I use is functional and responsive. A suggestion would be to include a High Resolution voice reader feature that would read out the answers from Claude. More features to make premium worth it would be great as well
Account ban for entering OTP incorrectly?
I used the Google sign-in prompt. It asked for my mobile number, I inputted that, it then sent me an OTP which Apple picked up on the keyboard after selecting the numbers on the top of the keyboard it didn’t paste it in the OTP input area, so I just typed it out. Clicked continue, it then said invalid, requesting a new OTP gave me an error and now my account is banned and I have to go through an appeal process. You should have these core things worked out first before publishing, not a great experience — and said was my first experience with Claude AI in general, I normally use ChatGPT and wanted to use something different since I’d seen this posted in MacRumours, fairly disappointed.
