This app is fantastic and you can tell a lot of work went into to it. So many great features to help keep yourself organized. 

One thing I would love to see is to have the ability to access your information across multiple devices. I take many notes on my iPad for the drawing aspect but would love to be able to log into my phone and see the same notes.

So I spend a load of time taking good photos and recording notes and price and
NO WAY to use it to send to prospective buyers.!!
