Wasted time

This is a paid app. Don’t get mistaken. I wasted 45 minutes selecting duplicates. Then you press delete, and that’s where you are faced with, pay to delete your files or you can only delete 5 pictures for free. So I decided to delete these 5 pictures but the app crashed. Not up front, so deleted for that reason.

T E R R I B L E

It detected what it claimed to hundreds of duplicate photos, screenshots. I let it delete them. I later found many photos missing from my photo folder and realised it must have wrongly perceived many screenshots were duplicates when they weren’t.

MISSLEADING ADVERTISING

Don’t bother installing if your looking for a free storage cleaning app! They say they’re “free” but as soon as you start they try and charge you!! And the prices are so overpriced for what this app is! The only free thing you can do is delete 5 photos 😂 Don’t instal they just trying to take money clearly!

Truly awful

When I downloaded the app I didn’t know there was a subscription. You have to pay to use the app. A junk file cleaner app has a subscription where you have to pay to use the app. Don’t use it.

I signed up to this to take advantage of your 3 day FREE TRIAL, why has my account been charged 3.99 for the FREE TRIAL? I would like a refund ASAP.
