## CleanerPlanner Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Best app by far"
Cleaner planner is hands down the best app on the market.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews.

Get it and learn how to use it with the YouTube video education program and you won’t regret it.

Been using this app for 7 years and wouldn’t change it for anything else.

### ***-- "Good but basic"
The desktop of cleaner planner is good, does most things that you need it to!
And is reliable.
The app is as basic as it gets, again, it is reliable. But is in desperate need to of some new features to keep up with competitors like squeegee who continually update the app with new features.
I was hoping that over time cleaner planner would listen to its users that have been asking for investment into the app but it seems it falls on deaf ears.
Real shame

### *---- "No update since 5 years ago"
You will have to pay you £20 fee every month, but they don’t do any maintenance. It was released with iOS 13 and currently iOS 17 (4 major OS updates without any change) does not work well with the app. I can’t download/upload anything.
Very disappointed

### *---- "CleanerPlanner is King"
Whilst the reviews here are mostly negative with the app (and I agree with some points), it does what it needs to.

If you have staff they can mark their jobs off all day without any kind of app training or need for much mobile data and you as the employer can collect all their debt in one go with GoCardless.

Whilst trying other software, I’ve found that CP offers a fantastic overall experience and 99.9% reliability. I’ve had one issue of down time in 15 months that lasted 3 hours and it was only the app sync that didn’t work, so I could still update my day on the desktop without any delay.

Long and short of it, CP is trusted by mine and many other thousands of businesses to keep things running smoothly and on time. For £29/49 a month it’s worth every penny.

That being said, a few more app features, and actually supporting more modern iPhone screens would still be very welcome, but I’ve heard this should be rolled out before September.

### *---- "Not impressed"
Considering cleaner planner charges an expensive monthly fee for the use of the service you would expect the mobile app to be more supported. The app is pathetic and hardly ever gets updated, it doesn’t fill the screen on iPhone X which has been out over a year now and it’s a bit ridiculous.

Seriously considering changing the round planning service I use!
-- bagwash123, 2018-10-03

### *---- "Disappointing"
For the £25 a month is costs for this service you would think they could make a proper app. I’ve started my trial and their desktop software is great but considering cancelling if they won’t support a mobile app.

### ***** "Simple & Brilliant."
There are other bits of software for window cleaners, but this is really easy to use, you don't need a constant data connection, once your day is done sync it up, job done. Regular updates, responsive developer. Can't recommend enough.

### ***** "Best app for window cleaners"
This is the best app for window cleaners. Just please add some more language in future:). Thanks
-- Majorxy, 2014-10-30

### ***** "Excellent Software"
Excellent software, Rob is a great developer, a good listener and had designed a great piece of software which have saved me a lot of time and money. Good work!
-- LeeSullivan13, 2014-10-17

### ***** "Best thing since WFP?"
Ok so the industry has had some "game changing" additions and this has to be on the list. Only been using cleaner planner for around a month but it's so addictive. It gives you a bigger picture of what your business is about. The application is simple but fast. New features are being added all the time which is great. How did we manage before this?
