Clear Fear provides you with a range of ways to manage the symptoms of anxiety.
Developed by a clinician co-collaboratively with young people, Clear Fear uses a Cognitive Behavioural framework to help you change anxious thoughts and emotions, alter anxious behaviours and calm fear responses. It also has helpful descriptions of the different ways in which anxiety presents, resources and a 'grit box' to boost resilience.
It is recommended for the ages of 11-19 years but can be used by a younger group with the support of a parent or carer.

Love
The panic attack calm downs have really helped me take some techniques and use them outside of the app as well and is my go to thing to really help me calm down. Bht lately the audio gets choppy and cuts out which is really not helpful in the middle of a panic attack
Great Idea for an APP but need work - from a person who gets constant panic attacks and anxiety
This app is a great idea and it can be helpful but all it did was tell me what different anxiety disorder was (which you can get from a google search) And I clicked the panic attack sound help thing and you cannot rewind or anything, and the audio was completely messed up. (This audio sounded like a meditation video from YouTube) To be honest if you are suffering and need immediate help this was not helpful whatsoever
Tracker
It kinda works but the anxiety tracker always says ow no matter what I put and it pisses me in did because I can’t track it.
Trouble finding tools
This is an amazing app along with the other apps by this company, but this is the only one I have an issue with. Earlier today I was having a panic attack, and in a moment like that, it’s incredibly easy to forget where to find what you’re looking for. I would love for the immediate help features to be more obvious and apparent when you open the app so I don’t have to spend precious time searching for it and forgetting where I found it last time. It would also be quite cool to include more than one voice recording in the panic attack help section.

The app makes you put in your personal info every time you open up the app, really not something you want to deal with when you need to use the app…
Amazing
I was having extreme anxiety for a moment, when I saw this app on Instagram. I downloaded it and I instantly calmed down, it’s really nice and I recommend it.
Wow!
I recently discovered this app and I love it so much! The only thing I noticed is that the app seems to crash a bit and it is always asking me the same questions as when you create your account everytime I open the app. Aside from that, this app is amazing!
