Clear Fear provides you with a range of ways to manage the symptoms of anxiety.
Developed by a clinician co-collaboratively with young people, Clear Fear uses a Cognitive Behavioural framework to help you change anxious thoughts and emotions, alter anxious behaviours and calm fear responses. It also has helpful descriptions of the different ways in which anxiety presents, resources and a 'grit box' to boost resilience.
It is recommended for the ages of 11-19 years but can be used by a younger group with the support of a parent or carer.
Clear Fear compliments, but does not substitute for the assessment and ongoing support of a mental health professional.

I have another app for anxiety attacks and I had a severe one in school this week and when I went onto the other app because it was the first one I could click on, it needed internet and I didn’t have any, I absolutely love that this app is free and that it doesn’t require internet, I’ve never been more grateful for an app, it’s helped with so many of my attacks from mild to severe, thank you so much to the developers, this app deserves more love xxx

I stumbled upon this app after a panic attack, while looking for apps to help me in future. This app isnt in any online articles i saw but given it was free, i said i would try it. This is the best app for calming my fears i have found, and its FREE!!! Thank you to the developers.
