The voice recordings don’t suit the purpose, and some choices actively make it harder to relax or focus. One session I tried (labelled for ADHD and compulsions or something like that - I already deleted it) didn’t address the topic at all - just a generic visualisation with vague advice and no real therapeutic value. It felt rushed, off-topic, and not worth the subscription. A great idea, but it feels like it’s been thrown together without proper testing or care.
