No call back. Violations non stop because they are no one to fix the issue. -- Sam NW, 2025-02-12 ### *---- "Worst eld experience" I’ve been attempting to reach them for two weeks now. I’ve called and left a voicemail for my rep Chris several times now and nothing. The number listed on the site is no good. No one is ever available. -- You squared, 2023-12-02 ### *---- "Don’t waste your money!" Nobody answers the phone. Nobody calls you back. Everything has to be done threw email and all they do is email you the instructions that are on there website. Lucky I had a nice DOT officer that gave me a good inspection because my logs were so messed up but he put 2 n 2 together to realize that we were screwing ourselves out of time. Can’t add developers permission and trucker path has no idea what we’re talking about even tho it’s right on the opening page of the website. Which a lot of these companies want connected to the Eld or you can’t haul for them so I’m losing money only running on a few brokers. Completely disappointed in everything about this company. Years service is 500$ with the equipment prolly won’t get a refund but at this point I’d rather eat the 500$ then lose loads. Stay away or learn the hard way. -- Trucker path ELD, 2023-11-24 ### *---- "Poor customer support and double billing" I would not recommend this ELD to anyone. I have had my TP ELD since the end of March 2023. I constantly have trouble. One of the biggest problems I have is the ELD will go on duty during the night while I’m sleeping for my 10 hour break. I have tried to contact customer support, they do not answer or return calls after I have left a message. I have tried all the prompts to try and get through with no success. This has really gotten worse since they have cut back their support hrs and support personnel. As for the double billing, when I purchased the ELD system I paid over $400 for the device and subscription, of which I was told would go through February 2024. Just this week, the first week in August 2023, I have been automatically billed $160.85, for what I do not know. I have tried to call them multiple times and days with no answer and again no return calls after I have left a message. Again I would not recommend this ELD to anyone. -- n14eplus, 2023-08-08 ### *---- "Terrible" No customer support works half the time won’t record mileage properly for ifta -- Think Fast Logistics, 2023-08-02 ### **--- "Horrible app" Horrible never received my email for the demo -- and jakshsb, 2023-07-03 ### *---- "Worst app" I don’t recommend app or company. It’s hard to reach anyone and their online admin portal glitches and doesn’t allow you to get your fuel receipts when you need them this app will not allow you to go on duty when you stop he just stays driving and runs up to ours and then when you try to fix it, it doesn’t allow you because it says that you were driving app has a lot of issues and need to be fixed ASAP and when you take a 30 minute break, you have to wait an additional five minutes before you take off because if you drive right away it says that you never took your break -- Jaray William, 2023-02-09 ### *---- "Terrible scam" Ripped me off won’t honor there refund policy having to get a lawyer involved -- thejuceman, 2022-11-09 ### *---- "Fix your bugs…" Can never get a hold of anyone. Website lets you log in but app on the phone won’t work. Horrible. -- Bintikim, 2022-05-21 ### *---- "BB" Worst ELD in the market customer service is non existent. Too many bugs -- Lopijako, 2021-12-13 [View all Clear Path ELD reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Clear Path ELD Discovered Keywords -
